Property Prep Services was founded in Manhattan Beach, California in 1991 with a simple mission: to provide commercial property managers and building owners across Los Angeles with reliable, professional maintenance services they could genuinely depend on.
Over more than three and a half decades, we’ve grown from a small local operation into one of Greater LA’s most comprehensive commercial property maintenance contractors — expanding our service offering from parking lot cleaning and pressure washing to concrete repair, epoxy coatings, ADA compliance upgrades, and full parking deck renovation.
