The sign must also include “Minimum Fine $250,” and van-accessible spaces require an additional “Van Accessible” designation. Signs are typically mounted at least 60 inches above the ground to the bottom of the sign, but an 80-inch clearance may apply when the sign projects into a circulation path. Off-street parking facilities also require an additional unauthorized-parking/tow-away notice at the entrance or near the accessible spaces.
